To migrate your account from TeamGenius Hockey Academy or OMHA Hockey Academy to Hockey Labs, watch the video and/or follow the steps below.
Step 1: Navigate to account.teamgeniuslabs.com
Step 2: Click on "I'm a Parent"
Step 3: Input the same email address that you used to create your TeamGenius Hockey Academy or OMHA Hockey Academy account
Step 4: Create any password that hits all of the required criteria listed, then click "Continue"
Step 5: Based on the email address you submitted, all of your information should be pre-populated to reflect the information that was associated with your TeamGenius Hockey Academy or OMHA Hockey Academy account. Verify that all of the information is correct, click the checkbox confirming you agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, then click "Continue"
Step 6: You will get a screen that says "Welcome to Hockey Labs!" at that point, click on the App Store or Google Play store link to download the Hockey Labs app
Step 7: Once you have successfully downloaded the app, log in with the credentials you just created, and begin training!

Q: Does my subscription change when I create a Hockey Labs account?
A: No, your original subscription is still active/unchanged, and will simply migrate to the Hockey Labs app. It will auto-renew based on your subscription terms. You can make changes to your subscription here after creating a Hockey Labs account.
Q: Will my TeamGenius Points transfer over to my Hockey Labs account?
A: All of your TeamGenius Points will transfer over to your new Hockey Labs account, and your placement on the leaderboard will reflect those existing points. Players will now level up and compete against other players on the leaderboard.
Q: What if I have multiple children with accounts in the Hockey Academy?
A: If you currently have multiple children using a single account, please keep in mind that only one child's information will transfer over to your new Hockey Labs account. If you would like an account for each of your children, please email hockeylabs@teamgenius.com and we will create them free of charge to honor your original subscription
Q: Can I access Hockey Labs on my computer?
A: Hockey Labs is a mobile-only app to provide a better experience for our members. The mobile app is available on the iOS app store and Google Play app store.
Q: Will I still be able to access the OMHA Hockey Academy or TeamGenius Hockey Academy?
A: We will continue to publish daily workouts to both Hockey Academies until November 30, 2021. During the transition period, we highly encourage all users to create a Hockey Labs where you will find all of our new content and a significantly upgraded user experience for training. On December 1, 2021, we will officially be closing access to the Hockey Academies.
Q: How is the OMHA involved with Hockey Labs?
A: The OMHA will use Hockey Labs as its central hub for all at-home training content, similar to how the OMHA Hockey Academy was for the past year. The OMHA is committed to providing the best hockey training and educational content for players, coaches, and parents, which is why they have selected Hockey Labs as its official partner.
Q: How do I cancel my account?
A: You can always cancel your account by logging in and managing your subscription here: account.teamgeniuslabs.com
